A capacity label does not replace a heating and cooling load assessment. Room sizes, insulation, windows, ceiling space and how many zones run together all affect the design.

Your proposal confirms the model numbers, zones, supply outlets, ducting, return air and equipment locations. It also identifies electrical supply requirements, access, work on the existing gas system and any other site-specific costs.

AirTouch controls are matched to the selected air-conditioner model and zone design.

VEU eligibility depends on the existing heater, the replacement equipment and the installation meeting the program requirements. We confirm eligibility and the discount in your written quote.

Daikin and Panasonic publish five-year manufacturer warranties for their air conditioning equipment, subject to the relevant terms and installation requirements. This is equipment cover, not blanket five-year cover for ducting, AirTouch controls or installation workmanship. Your quote identifies the applicable terms.
