Panel compatibility
Voltage, current and array layout must match the selected inverter or microinverter. A family name cannot establish compatibility.

Solar conversion and controls
Select solar-only or hybrid hardware to match the plan.
Residential inverter range
GoodWe makes several inverter families. A grid-connected solar inverter such as DNS is a different product from a hybrid inverter intended for compatible batteries. We specify the family, phase, rating and monitoring so future storage plans are checked before installation.

A solar-only inverter and a hybrid inverter serve different designs. Check the battery options and additional equipment before planning an upgrade.
Metering, communications and approved network settings determine what the system can measure and how it operates.

Warranty and support
Warranty terms depend on the exact model, installation and use. We include the applicable Australian warranty documents with the quote.
Check which components are covered, the warranty term and any registration, usage or servicing conditions.
Your quote should identify the installation work, commissioning, handover and support contacts.
Keep model and serial numbers, the invoice and the applicable Australian warranty. Manufacturer warranties sit alongside Australian Consumer Law rights.
Planning the system
The inverter affects system architecture, monitoring and future changes. Compare equipment and installation requirements using exact model numbers.
Check roof orientations, shading, input limits and the proposed AC output together.
Identify a compatible battery path and any backup components required later.
Plan installation clearances, communications and access for maintenance.
